COUPE DU MONDE DE LA PATISSERIE (MAURITIUS)

Through the Institut Escoffier's initiative, Mauritian pastry professionals can now participate in the prestigious and globally acclaimed pastry competition. Collaborating with Pierre Hermé, President of the World Pastry Cup, the Mauritian Edition was inaugurated by Her Excellency, the Ambassador of France, Mrs Florence Causse Tissier. For over thirty years, this competition has brought together pastry experts from over twenty-five countries to showcase their skills in chocolate sculpture, frozen desserts, and sugar sculpture competitions.
Pastry chefs in Mauritius can now engage in the competition and elevate their craft on the global stage.
