FULL TIME DEGREES

Institut Escoffier offers two categories of full-time courses: bachelor's and professional diploma, which are undertaken through apprenticeships.

BACHELOR'S Degree

The Institut Escoffier provides five bachelor's degrees in collaboration with prestigious French partners, which require three years of full-time study to obtain. All degrees are exclusively offered full-time from Monday to Friday at the Institut Escoffier, and technical classrooms are made available for the theoretical and practical teaching that exclusively takes place on-site. This approach further professionalizes the students. In the first year, all students, regardless of their specialization, learn the fundamental technicalities of the different professions. In other words, all bachelor's degree students at the Institut Escoffier study under full-time teachers who teach them the technical fundamentals of gastronomy, catering, luxury goods, hotel management, sommellerie, as well as management courses (law, HR, management, accounting), and marketing.

An internship is planned at the end of the first year. In the second year, management courses are shared, while technical subjects are divided into two parts: culinary or gastronomic orientation in hotel, sommelier, and restaurant orientation. Six weeks of internship are planned at the end of the second year. In the third year of the bachelor's degree, students specialize in their chosen field. Upon completion of the third year, six months of internship are scheduled as part of the diploma.

PROFESSIONAL DIPLOMAS

The Institut Escoffier offers both part-time and full-time professional degrees that involve internship with business partners. During these apprenticeships, students work under the guidance of a supervisor for a minimum of thirty-six hours per week in the industry, while receiving at least one day of training per week at the Institut Escoffier. The professional diplomas, which are equivalent to level V of the French education system, require three hundred hours of training, including two hundred hours of technical instruction and one hundred hours of theoretical study.

Following the first level of CTH diploma, the student may pursue the second level. The CTH Level 3 diploma is only on full time basis at Institut Escoffier from Monday to Friday. Successful completion of the CTH Level 3 Diploma allows the student to pursue university studies at the Institut Escoffier
